Return Policy

Feelux offers a hassle-free and prompt return process for products damaged during delivery.

Return request must be submitted within 24Hrs of receiving the item.

All returned products must be in their original packaging & includes the invoice, price. Tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, & another accompanying document.

Each return will undergo verification by Feelux to confirm its authenticity and condition. Items that have been used or returned in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund.

Once the product is received in good condition, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

For delivery-related damages, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Note: A fee of PKR 400/- or 10% (whichever is applicable) will be deducted for refunds made directly to the original payment method.
