DELIVERY TIME
Our estimated delivery time (after dispatch) is 2-4 working days for major cities across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Please ensure you are available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you if needed. Delivery timelines depend on product availability & order confirmation.
During sale periods, order process & delivery times may be extended.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For prepaid orders, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Standard delivery charges: PKR 350/-
Note: Delivery Charges may vary for Decorative Category according to the product size & weight.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. Track your shipment on the courier's website provided in the email. If you do not receive tracking updates, contact us at feelux.pk@gmail.com. Please note: FEELUX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
